We believe in asynchronous-first communication, complemented by regular syncs.
  • Asynchronous communication via Slack, Notion, or Email.

  • Weekly or biweekly sync calls depending on the project.

  • Clear documentation to ensure alignment across teams.

3. Performance & Accountability
