QA Engineer – Automation & Agile
Job Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer experienced in both automated and manual testing to join our fast-paced, agile development team. This role is ideal for a quality-driven individual with strong analytical thinking and a passion for improving software delivery processes.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks.

Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for web, mobile, and API platforms.

Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies: planning, grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to write efficient and reusable test cases.

Validate RESTful service integrations using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

Implement BDD testing scenarios using Gherkin and Cucumber.

Collaborate on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.

Review and improve current test coverage and automation strategy.

Work closely with developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure early detection of bugs.
Requirements
Must-Have:

3+ years of experience in QA (both manual and automation).

Hands-on experience with Cypress, Selenium using JavaScript or Java.

Solid understanding of API testing with tools like Postman, RestAssured, etc.

Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with platforms like Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise systems.

Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.

Interest or experience in AI testing, LLM behavior, or RAG systems.

Intermediate to advanced English (B2+), able to communicate with global teams.
